This website

This site (closelook.app) collects no personal data: there are no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes the technical data of each connection (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect it, keeping it briefly under its own policies.

If you write to us

Writing to info@closelook.app gives us your address and what you wrote. We use them to reply, and keep them as long as the conversation needs.

Teachers who use CloseLook

For teachers on the platform we process account data (name, email, studio name) and what invoicing requires. This serves to provide the service, issue invoices and give support; the legal bases are the contract and legal obligations. Invoices are kept for the terms set by law; the rest for the duration of the relationship.

Two providers help us, appointed as processors: Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure) and Resend (email delivery). No data is sold or used for advertising.

People who train with a studio

The data of the people who train is handled by the studio that follows them: each teacher is the controller of their own students’ data, and publishes their notice at the address their students sign in from. CloseLook processes that data only on the studio’s behalf. If you are looking for your notice, open it from your studio’s app.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to info@closelook.app.
