CloseLook is run by Fabrizio Casella (VAT no. IT07429260826). For any question, write to info@closelook.app. These lines describe how the service is offered today: in this phase every studio starts from a direct agreement, so the binding contract is the one we make together — this page is the frame.

What CloseLook is

CloseLook is a platform for teachers who follow their students at a distance: training programs, the students’ videos, video analysis and chat, each studio at its own address.

How you start

You start by writing to info@closelook.app: we set your studio up together, tailored to how you work. The first 30 days are free to try it.

The price

€4.50 per active student per month billed yearly, or €6 month by month, with a minimum of 5 students. Active means they can sign in; a paused profile does not count. Payment is by bank transfer against a regular invoice. No payment data ever travels through this site.

Your content stays yours

Programs, workouts, videos and analyses belong to the studio that created or received them. If the relationship ends, the studio’s data is deleted as agreed.

The service

CloseLook is offered with care but without a promise of absolute availability: it can pause for maintenance or faults, and it grows over time — features can change as the app improves.

Responsibilities

Each teacher is responsible for the relationship with their own students and for the content they upload, and is the controller of their students’ data (see the privacy policy). Within the limits set by law, CloseLook’s liability is limited to what was paid for the service.

Law

Italian law applies, before the court competent by law.

Changes

These terms will evolve with the service; active customers are told about substantial changes.
